HIGH PRESSURE FAR NORTHEAST OF HAWAII WILL PROVIDE FRESH TO
LOCALLY STRONG TRADE WINDS THROUGH WEDNESDAY. THE HIGH WILL MOVE
TO THE NORTHEAST ALLOWING WINDS TO EASE SLIGHTLY THURSDAY AND
FRIDAY. A LARGE NORTHWEST SWELL IS EXPECTED TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY.
