.SYNOPSIS...
High pressure will be to the north of the region through Saturday,
then will move eastward and be located northeast of the region
Sunday into early next week. This will cause moderate northeast
winds through Saturday to beecome more easterly Saturday night and
Sunday...and southeasterly or southerly Sunday night and Monday.
Seas will remain elevated through the period.
