.SYNOPSIS FOR SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
High pressure starts building back over the waters today and
holds through early next week. A trough will build north over
the waters Tue, then retreats Wed as a weak cold front drops
down across the waters. High pressure builds again late this
week.
