.Synopsis for the northern and central Washington coastal and
inland waters...Fraser outflow winds will develop over the Western
Washington waters resulting in gales in some waters. Pressure gradients
are expected to relax overnight tonight resulting in the cold
northerly winds easing Monday. Winds will be light on Tuesday and
Wednesday.
