  CENTRAL RICHLAND COUNTY IN CENTRAL SOUTH CAROLINA...
  NORTHEASTERN LEXINGTON COUNTY IN CENTRAL SOUTH CAROLINA...

* UNTIL 715 PM EDT

* AT 539 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN OVER COLUMBIA. 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY
  FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY...MAINLY IN
  THE ROCKY BRANCH CREEK BASIN NEAR FIVE POINTS...UNIVERSITY OF
  SOUTH CAROLINA...BLOSSOM STREET...AND THE INTERSECTION OF MAIN AND
  WHALEY STREETS.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  COLUMBIA...CAYCE AND FIVE POINTS.
