The Flood Advisory continues for the following river in California...

  Russian River near Hopland affecting Mendocino County

Rain showers will continue tonight. The Russian River to continue to
rise through early Thursday morning.

SAFETY MESSAGE...

Do not drive your car across flooded roadways. It only takes about
two feet of water to float most vehicles. For area road conditions...
call CALTRANS at 1-800-427-7623.

Stay tuned to developments by listening to NOAA Weather Radio or your
local TV or radio stations.

The next statement will be issued around 400 AM or as warranted by
changing conditions.

The Flood Advisory continues for the Russian River near Hopland.

* Until Thursday afternoon.
* At 9:00 PM Wednesday the stage was 11.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
* FORECAST...The river will rise to near 15.0 feet just after midnight
  tonight, then crest near 18.4 feet Thursday morning. The river is
  then forecast to recede to near 15.0 feet by late Thursday morning.
