  Lincoln Creek Near Seward affecting Seward County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through areas where water covers the road.  The
water depth may be too great to allow your vehicle to pass safely.
Turn around...don`t drown!

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Lincoln Creek Near Seward.
* At  1:45 AM Sunday the stage was 16.6 feet...or 1.6 feet above
  flood stage.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The creek was near crest early this morning and
  should drop back below flood stage this afternoon.
* Impact...at 15.0 feet...Rural overflows begin across the area.
