The Flood Warning is cancelled for
  The Red River near Terral.

* At 1 PM Wednesday the stage was 19.3 feet.

* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.

* Forecast: The Red River is now forecast to crest below flood stage
  near 21.4 feet early Thursday afternoon. Any additional forecast
  information will be issued via hydrologic statements for this
  location for this event.

* Impact...At 21.0 feet...Some low-lying areas near the river may be
  isolated by high water in side channels. Bottomlands near Charlie
  Texas begin to flood several hours before the crest approaches the
  Terral Oklahoma area. The river crest reaches the Illinois bend
  area near Leon Oklahoma several hours later.
