The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Logan County in western Arkansas...
  Southern Johnson County in western Arkansas...
  Southern Van Buren County in north central Arkansas...
  Southwestern Cleburne County in north central Arkansas...
  Conway County in central Arkansas...
  Northern Faulkner County in central Arkansas...
  West central White County in central Arkansas...
  Northeastern Yell County in central Arkansas...
  Pope County in central Arkansas...

* Until 1145 AM CDT

* At 850 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated scattered to numerous
  showers and thunderstorms from northern into central Arkansas.
  Three to over seven inches of rain fell along the Arkansas River
  from Clarksville to Rusellville and Conway. At Damascus, 7 to 8
  inches of rain was reported. Flooding is ongoing in many areas.
  Cars were under water in parts of Clarksville. It was a similar
  situation in Russellville, with water into some businesses.
  Highway 65 was nearly covered by water at Damascus. While rainfall
  rates have decreased, high water issues will continue for several
  hours.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
