Fire Weather Planning Forecast for northern Lower Michigan
National Weather Service Gaylord MI
334 PM EDT Sat Jul 22 2017

...Much needed rainfall likely late tonight into Sunday...

.DISCUSSION...Low pressure will likely bring showers and possibly
thunderstorms to the region late tonight and especially Sunday.
Rainfall amounts will be generally between a quarter and a half
inch with slightly higher amounts possible across the northern
fire weather zones. High pressure then yields precipitation free
conditions Monday and Tuesday. A cold front moving through during
the middle of next week will bring another chance of showers and
thunderstorms. Temperatures will be cooler through Monday then
warm through mid week.
