A THICK LAYER OF MID AND HIGH CLOUDS WILL BLANKET THE DISTRICT
LATE TODAY AND TONIGHT AS A COLD FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE OHIO
VALLEY. THE ENERGY AT THE SURFACE AND ALOFT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS
COLD FRONT WILL HELP TO DEVELOP A LARGE AND SLOW MOVING AREA OF
LOW PRESSURE ON THE MID ATLANTIC COAST TUESDAY...WHICH WILL NOT
MOVE AWAY UNTIL LATE IN THE WEEK. AS A RESULT...PERIODS OF SHOWERS
