GENERALLY GOOD DISPERSION RATES FORECAST ON WEDNESDAY AND FAIR
VALUES ON THURSDAY...AS THE TRANSPORT FLOW DECREASES TO 5-10 MPH.

FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE EXTENDED FORECAST PERIOD...A LARGE
