.DISCUSSION...

High pressure will begin to move east of the TN Valley on Tuesday
with southerly flow continuing to filter in moisture across the
area. With this increase in moisture and warming temperatures,
isolated thunderstorms will be possible, mainly during the afternoon.
A greater coverage of thunderstorms is expected on Wednesday as a
cold front moves through the area. The front will move south of the
TN Valley early Thursday morning, with northerly flow bringing in
drier air across the region. Outside of thunderstorm areas, mixing
heights will rise above 5000 feet by the afternoon and transport
winds will between 5 to 10 mph on Tuesday. This will create generally
good dispersion conditions. Wednesday will be generally poor as
transport winds lower below 5 mph.

Fog potential over the next few days: None at this time.

Potential for Red Flag Conditions: None at this time.
