Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Western
and North Central Nebraska
National Weather Service North Platte NE
324 PM CST Tue Dec 12 2017

.DISCUSSION...

Fire weather concerns will be limited due to a cooling trend
that begins tomorrow and continues Thursday, along with elevated
afternoon humidity. Largely breezy to windy conditions are
expected late tonight through Thursday, though lighter winds can
be expected tomorrow night. A cold front will advance southward
across the area early tomorrow as a clipper system passes to the
northeast. This will promote cooler and gusty conditions
Wednesday. Windy conditions then prevail again on Thursday across
much of the area.
