AFTERNOON AND AGAIN THURSDAY AFTERNOON AS RELATIVE HUMIDITY
VALUES FALL NEAR 20 PERCENT. WINDS WILL LIKELY REMAIN UNDER RED
FLAG LEVELS.

DRY HIGH PRESSURE WILL BE IN CONTROL THROUGH THE NEXT COUPLE OF
DAYS. THE CENTER OF THE HIGH WILL MOVE EAST...ALLOWING SOUTH
SOUTHEAST WINDS TO DEVELOP. A FEW BRIEF GUSTS ARE POSSIBLE...BUT
FOR THE MOST PART...WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN 10 MPH OR LESS.
