HUMIDITIES WILL BE ELEVATED TODAY WHEN AN INFLUX OF LOW LEVEL
MOISTURE RAISES MINIMUM RH VALUES INTO THE 30 TO 40 PERCENT RANGE
FOR MUCH OF THE DESERTS. MID AND HIGH LEVEL CLOUDS WILL ALSO BE ON
THE INCREASE. TEMPERATURES WILL HOVER NEAR AVERAGE FOR EARLY DECEMBER
WITH WINDS FOLLOWING TYPICAL DIURNAL AND DRAINAGE PATTERNS.
