...DISCUSSION FROM RNOFWFVEF...

A CIRCULATION WILL SLOWLY PULL AWAY TO THE FOUR CORNERS REGION
TODAY WITH SOME LINGERING SHOWERS AND ISOLATED AFTERNOON
THUNDERSTORMS OVER SOUTHEAST NEVADA AND NORTHWEST ARIZONA. DRY AND
TRANQUIL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TONIGHT AND FRIDAY BEFORE ANOTHER
PACIFIC DISTURBANCE BRINGS GUSTY WINDS AND CHANCES FOR SHOWERS
FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY. AN UNSETTLED WEATHER PATTERN WILL REMAIN
THROUGH NEXT WEEK WITH ADDITIONAL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEMS FORECAST TO
DROP INTO OUR REGION.

...DISCUSSION FROM LAXFWFSGX...

LINGERING SHOWERS THIS MORNING WILL END BY SUNRISE AND SKIES WILL
GRADUALLY CLEAR TODAY. BRISK ONSHORE WINDS IN THE MOUNTAINS AND
DESERTS WILL DECREASE. FAIR WEATHER WILL CONTINUE FRIDAY. COOL AND
FRESH WEATHER WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK. A
CHANCE OF SHOWERS IS EXPECTED SATURDAY WITH THE NEXT LOW PRESSURE
TROUGH, AND SOME INCREASE IN ONSHORE WINDS. WESTERLY WINDS AND A
SMALL CHANCE OF SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED AGAIN MONDAY.

...DISCUSSION FROM PHXFWFPSR...

COLD FRONT AND UPPER TROUGH WILL CONTINUE TRACK THROUGH THE
SOUTHWEST REGION TODAY PERSISTING SHOWERS FROM MARICOPA COUNTY
EASTWARD INTO THE EVENING HOURS WITH ACTIVITY DIMINISHING THE LATER
IN THE DAY IT GETS. WINDS WILL REMAIN BREEZY TO GUSTY ALONG WITH AND
IN THE WAKE OF THE FRONT, WITH GUSTS 25 TO 35 MPH STILL POSSIBLE FOR
MANY DISTRICT LOCALES AND ESPECIALLY NOTICEABLE OVER AREA RIDGETOPS.
DAYTIME HUMIDITIES WILL BE AT THEIR DRIEST OVER THE SE CA ZONES WITH
VALUES OF 15-25 PERCENT AND RANGE 25-50 PERCENT ACROSS THE AZ LOWER
ELEVATION ZONES & MOUNTAINS EAST OF PHOENIX. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY
DIMINISH INTO THE EVENING AND OVERNIGHT HUMIDITIES WILL MAKE GOOD
RECOVERIES.
