FORECAST IS BASED ON IGNITION TIME OF 0800 EDT ON JULY 29.
IF CONDITIONS BECOME UNREPRESENTATIVE...CONTACT THE NATIONAL WEATHER
SERVICE.

.DISCUSSION...A COLD FRONT HAS MOVED ACROSS THE REGION AND
COOLER AND DRIER AIR WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE INTO THE REGION
THROUGH WEDNESDAY. WEAK SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD
INTO THE MID ATLANTIC.

SURFACE WINDS WILL CONTINUE FROM NORTH AND NORTHEAST THIS MORNING...
THEN BECOME MORE NORTHWEST DURING THE AFTERNOON. SPEEDS WILL RANGE
FROM 5 TO 7 MPH. MIXING HEIGHTS WILL INCREASE TO AROUND 5000 FEET BY
AFTERNOON. TRANSPORT WINDS WILL BE GREATER THIS MORNING AROUND 10 TO
12 MPH THROUGH NOONTIME...BUT THEN DECREASE DURING THE AFTERNOON TO
AROUND 7 TO 9 MPH.

NO FOG IS EXPECTED THROUGH THE PERIOD DUE TO DRY AIRMASS SETTLING
IN ACROSS THE AREA. POOR DISPERSION EXPECTED OVERNIGHT WITH LIGHT
WIND FIELD.
