.DISCUSSION...
High pressure will be offshore today allowing for some low-level,
warm, moist advection. Temperatures will be significantly warmer
today although a still relatively dry airmass should prevent
showers. Minimum RH values will be around 30 percent this
afternoon at the spot location with SE surface winds from 5 to 10
mph. Mixing heights will range from 4000 to 5000 ft agl with
transport winds out of the SE from 10 to 15 mph. A slight chance
for scattered showers begins this tonight with increasing
moisture. Fog will also be possible tonight through Tuesday
morning.
