.DISCUSSION...COLD FRONT CURRENTLY ALONG THE COAST WILL MOVE
OFFSHORE LATE THIS MORNING WITH COOLER AND DRIER AIR OVERTAKING
THE BURN AREA. WINDS WILL REMAIN WEST-NORTHWESTERLY THROUGH THE
DAY WITH SPEEDS BETWEEN 8 AND 10 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 15 MPH. MINIMUM
RELATIVE HUMIDITY THIS AFTERNOON WILL BE 30 PERCENT. A WEAK
INVERSION WILL DEVELOP THIS EVENING WITH SUNSET...HOWEVER WITH
WINDS REMAINING 5 TO 10 MPH OVERNIGHT MIXING HEIGHTS WILL REACH A
MINIMUM OF 400 FEET DURING THE EARLY MORNING AND DAYBREAK HOURS
THURSDAY.
