AFTERNOON...LIKELY BETWEEN NOON AND 2 PM. THIS WILL KEEP RELATIVE
HUMIDITIES LOW THROUGH AT LEAST THE EARLY AFTERNOON AS
TEMPERATURES RISE...WITH SOME SLIGHT IMPROVEMENT AND COOLING
EXPECTED AS THE ONSHORE FLOW REACHES THE BURN SITE. TEMPERATURES
ARE EXPECTED TO BE ABOVE NORMAL AGAIN TODAY...BUT SLIGHTLY COOLER
THAN THEY WERE YESTERDAY. WIND SPEEDS ARE EXPECTED TO BE SLIGHTLY
