.DISCUSSION...
The first in a series of Pacific storm systems will move into the
region today and continue through Wednesday. Showers, cooler
temperatures and increased winds are likely and thunderstorms are
possible over the burn area today through Wednesday. After a brief
dry period Thursday, another storm system will arrive for Friday
and Saturday.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy. Showers. A slight chance of
                    thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Max temperature.....56-61.
Min humidity........50-53 percent.
EYE LEVEL WINDS.....Southwest 1-4 mph in the early morning becoming
                    west 3-8 mph after 1000 PDT with gusts up to 13 mph.
SURROUNDING RIDGE...West 7-12 mph with gusts to 18 mph.
Mixing height.......Around 1000 ft AGL in the morning increasing to
                    near 4500 ft AGL in the afternoon.
Transport winds.....West around 10 mph.
