.DISCUSSION...A cold front will move through tonight shifting winds to
the northwest and north tonight, and then shifting to a more northeast
component tomorrow.  A cooler and drier airmass will move in on the
back of this northerly flow.  Expect to see RH values fall to between
30 and 35 percent tomorrow afternoon.  No fog is expected due to
continued dry airmass and breezy conditions Thursday night into Friday
morning.  No seabreeze is expected due to strong northeast flow of
10 to 15 mph tomorrow.
