NORTHEAST MISSOURI AND WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS.  SNOWFALLS WILL DIMINISH
FURTHER SOUTH...WITH 1 TO 3 INCHES ALONG AND INTERSTATE 70 CORRIDOR...
AND ACCUMULATIONS OF LESS THAN AN INCH OVER SOUTHEAST MISSOURI.
