.DISCUSSION...

Numerous to widespread showers are anticipated Thursday,
prior to daybreak and also through the day. There will also be a
non-zero chance of thunderstorms, mainly during the afternoon.
The threat of lightning is more likely to stay to the south of
the training site. Winds are expected to remain on the light side,
generally 10 mph or less. Hourly rainfall rates are expected to remain
on light to moderate intensity, generally a tenth to a quarter inch per hour.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (75-85 percent). Scattered
                    showers and slight chance of thunderstorms
                    early in the morning, then showers likely and
                    chance of thunderstorms early in the morning.
