WHERE WINDS GO LIGHT AND VARIABLE BETWEEN 2 AND 5 PM DURING THE TRANSITION
TO SOUTHERLY FLOW. MORNING SUNSHINE WILL GIVE WAY TO INCREASING MID
AND HIGH CLOUDS DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING AS A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM
