.DISCUSSION...
THE RIDGE AXIS WILL BE NUDGED EAST AS A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM
MOVES INTO WESTERN WA TODAY. SOUTHWEST FLOW WILL INCREASE CLOUDS
TODAY. A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL PASS THROUGH THE BURN SITE AROUND
MID-DAY THURSDAY. THIS WILL RESULT IN A BETTER CHANCE OF SHOWERS
AND INCREASED WINDS BEHIND THE FRONT. MOISTURE IS LIMITED WITH THIS
SYSTEM SO WETTING RAINS NOT LIKELY. ANY THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT
SHOULD REMAIN EAST OF THE BURN SITE, ACROSS EXTREME NE WA AND THE
IDAHO PANHANDLE. A BUILDING RIDGE WILL BRING A RETURN OF VERY WARM
AND DRY CONDITIONS FOR THE WEEKEND.
