.DISCUSSION...
Very weak northeast winds will prevail this morning. Winds will
shift to the west-southwest between 1000 and 1200 PST as the sea
breeze develops. Expect very dry conditions to prevail today.
Winds will becoming light tonight with much better humidity
recovery as onshore flow strengthens. The marine layer will return
early Saturday morning with a small chance of drizzle or light
showers in the morning and higher afternoon humidity. Conditions
will quickly deteriorate Sunday morning as another round of santa
Ana winds develop. North-northeast gusts near the Lilac Fire will
generally be around 20 to 25 mph with daytime humidity in the
teens. Much lighter winds are expected Sunday night. No
significant fire weather concerns beyond Sunday.
