.DISCUSSION...
Light rain showers overnight. Snowfall may occur within a shower
Thursday, but not likely to stick to ground. Strongest winds
tonight and weaken somewhat Thursday behind the cold front passage
mid to late morning Thursday. Stronger than usually NE
downsloping (foehn) winds will not begin until Friday night and
continue through Monday night, with westerly afternoon winds
trying to counter these downsloping winds.
