MORNING FROST AND RAPIDLY WARMING TEMPERATURES WILL LEAD TO QUICK
CHANGES FALLS IN RELATIVE HUMIDITY AS THE DAY PASSES...AND REACH
RATHER LOW LEVELS BY LATE AFTERNOON. SMOKE DISPERSAL AT THE
BEGINNING OF THE BURN COULD BE RATHER LIMITED AS THE MORNING
