...Red Flag Warning in effect 11 am to 7 pm Tuesday...

.DISCUSSION...Winds will remain elevated through the night
especially across the ridges with slightly better humidity
recovery than last night.  Winds will increase fairly quickly
during the morning hours out of a westerly direction peaking
during the mid afternoon hours. Humidity levels Tuesday will be
higher however the winds will be stronger than Monday and for a
longer period of time. The wind will gradually ease up Tuesday
evening then get rather light after midnight. Wednesday the winds
will be much lighter with single digit humidity levels again.

Strong winds are expected again on Friday.

Note: Ridge winds are for the higher (5000-6500 ft) ridges
of the northern Santa Ritas.
