IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES OVER THE EASTERN GREAT
LAKES WILL CONTINUE EAST TO THE ATLANTIC COAST TONIGHT...WHILE A
TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.8 INCHES AND FRONTAL BOUNDARY
OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS SLOWLY MOVE EAST. THIS TROUGH AND FRONTAL
BOUNDARY WILL MOVE EAST THROUGH THE UPPER MIDWEST THROUGH MID DAY
SATURDAY...THEN CONTINUE EAST TOWARDS THE GREAT LAKES SATURDAY
AFTERNOON AND EVENTUALLY PUSH EAST ACROSS THE LAKE SATURDAY NIGHT.
A SECONDARY TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.9 INCHES WILL MOVE
THROUGH THE GREAT LAKES REGION SUNDAY...WITH HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1
INCHES THEN EXPECTED TO BUILD OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS SUNDAY
