IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES OVER THE EASTERN GREAT
LAKES AND UPPER OHIO VALLEY WILL WEAKEN TO 30.1 INCHES AS IT
MOVES EAST TO THE ATLANTIC COAST THIS AFTERNOON. WEAK LOW PRESSURE
AVERAGING 29.8 INCHES WILL LIFT ACROSS THE MID MISSISSIPPI AND
LOWER OHIO VALLEYS THIS AFTERNOON...EVENTUALLY DISSIPATING OVER
LAKE MICHIGAN FRIDAY MORNING. ANOTHER LOW IS FORECAST TO FORM
OVER THE PLAINS FRIDAY NIGHT AND REACH MINNESOTA AT 29.5 INCHES
SATURDAY NIGHT. ANOTHER STRONGER LOW OF 29.3 INCHES FORMS OVER THE
SOUTHERN PLAINS SATURDAY NIGHT AND DEEPENS TO 29.2 INCHES AS IT
REACHES THE MID ATLANTIC COAST MONDAY.
