For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A warm front will lift across the lake today, as a
29.4 inch low moves into the central Mississippi valley. This low
will track across southern Ontario Tuesday, sweeping a cold front
across the lake. The low will deepen to 28.8 inches while moving
to Labrador on Wednesday. A 30.5 inch High will build over the
lake for Thursday and Friday.

.THIS AFTERNOON...East winds 15 to 25 knots diminishing to 10 to
15 knots. Patchy fog. Rain. Waves 3 to 6 feet.
.TONIGHT...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots becoming south. Areas
of fog in the evening. Patchy fog late. Rain. Waves 3 to 6 feet
subsiding to 1 to 3 feet.
.TUESDAY...South winds 10 to 15 knots becoming southwest and
increasing to 15 to 25 knots. Rain. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to
3 to 5 feet.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds to 30 knots becoming northwest.
Rain likely with a chance of snow showers in the evening, then a
chance of snow showers overnight. Waves 4 to 7 feet building to
6 to 9 feet. Waves occasionally around 11 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 25 knots diminishing to 10 to
15 knots. Lake effect snow showers likely during the day, then a
chance of snow showers Wednesday night. Waves 5 to 8 feet
subsiding to 3 to 6 feet. Waves occasionally around 10 feet.
.THURSDAY...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots becoming east. A chance
of snow showers during the day. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.FRIDAY...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots becoming south 15 to
20 knots. Waves 1 to 3 feet.

free areas 1 to 3 feet.
.TONIGHT...East winds 10 knots or less becoming southeast. Rain
and freezing rain early, then a chance of rain and freezing rain
late in the evening. Rain after midnight. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TUESDAY...South winds 10 knots or less becoming southwest and
increasing to 15 to 25 knots in the afternoon. Rain. Waves 1 to
3 feet.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 knots becoming west to
30 knots. Rain likely in the evening, then snow showers likely
overnight. Waves 3 to 5 feet building to 5 to 9 feet. Waves
occasionally around 11 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 25 knots becoming north and
diminishing to 10 to 15 knots. Lake effect snow showers likely
during the day, then a chance of snow showers Wednesday night.
