ACROSS MUCH OF THE TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES FRIDAY THROUGH SATURDAY
NIGHT. THE BEST CHANCE OF ACCUMULATING SNOW OF 1 TO 3 INCHES WILL BE
ACROSS THE WESTERN PORTIONS OF THE TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES. A
