A COLD FRONT WILL PUSH INTO THE MOUNTAINS AND STRENGTHEN WINDS
WHILE IT MOVES EAST THROUGH THE LATE MORNING. NORTHWEST WINDS WILL
GUST BETWEEN 40 TO 50 MPH AT ELEVATIONS ABOVE 4000 FEET.

A FOCUS FOR HEAVY RAIN. THERE MAY ALSO BE ENOUGH INSTABILITY FOR
