THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR WEST CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST
FLORIDA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

...THUNDERSTORM IMPACT...
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH
TUESDAY...MAINLY TO THE NORTH OF THE I-4 CORRIDOR. THE POTENTIAL
FOR STRONG THUNDERSTORMS APPEARS LOW THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON.

A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL THEN APPROACH AND PASS THROUGH THE REGION
TUESDAY NIGHT AND EARLY WEDNESDAY. A ROUND OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS IS LIKELY WITH THIS FRONT TUESDAY NIGHT INTO THE
FIRST HALF OF WEDNESDAY. THERE IS SOME POTENTIAL FOR THE STORMS
TO BECOME STRONG TO SEVERE IN NATURE...WITH STRAIGHT LINE WINDS
THE MOST LIKELY THUNDERSTORM HAZARD. IT IS STILL TOO EARLY TO
DETERMINE TO WHAT EXTENT A SEVERE WEATHER THREAT MAY EXIST...
HOWEVER THE SITUATION WILL BE MONITORED CLOSELY OVER THE NEXT
COUPLE OF DAYS.

...RIP CURRENT IMPACT...
STRONG ONSHORE WINDS TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT WILL
PRODUCE BUILDING SURF AND AN ELEVATED RISK OF STRONG RIP CURRENTS
ALONG AREA BEACHES. THE SURF AND RIP CURRENT THREAT SHOULD SLOWLY
SUBSIDE THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND THURSDAY NIGHT.

...MARINE IMPACTS...
ELEVATED WINDS AND SEAS WILL BEGIN TUESDAY AHEAD OF A STRONG COLD
FRONT...AND THEN ARE FORECAST TO REACH ADVISORY LEVELS TUESDAY
NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY. WINDS AND SEAS WILL SLOWLY SUBSIDE WEDNESDAY
NIGHT AND THURSDAY MORNING.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTER ACTIVATION WILL NOT BE NEEDED THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
