AT 946 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED 7 NM SOUTHEAST OF COMANCHE REEF...MOVING NORTH AT 15 KNOTS.

COMANCHE REEF.

YOUR BEST COURSE OF ACTION DURING THUNDERSTORMS IS TO SEEK SAFE
HARBOR. HOWEVER IF YOU ARE CAUGHT ON THE OPEN WATER...STAY BELOW DECK
