NAUTICAL MILES WHILE OTHER ARE LESS THAN 1 NAUTICAL MILE.
NAVIGATION WILL BECOME DIFFICULT IN AREAS OF DENSE FOG.

AFFECTED MARINERS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR RAPID CHANGES TO
VISIBILITY. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS SHOULD CONSIDER SEEKING SAFE
HARBOR.
