STRONG HARBOR SURGES AND LARGE BREAKING WAVES AT HARBOR ENTRANCES
EXPOSED TO THE SWELL. SOME LOCATIONS THAT CAN EXPECT IMPACTS FROM
THIS SWELL INCLUDE KIKIAOLA HARBOR ON KAUAI...WAIANAE AND HALEIWA
HARBORS ON OAHU...KAUMALAPAU HARBOR ON LANAI...AS WELL AS
HONOKOHAU AND KAWAIHAE HARBORS ON THE BIG ISLAND.

MARINERS SHOULD USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN ENTERING OR LEAVING
PORT...AND WHEN MOORING OR LAUNCHING VESSELS. RECREATIONAL BOATERS
MAY WANT TO CONSIDER POSTPONING BOATING ACTIVITIES UNTIL
CONDITIONS IMPROVE.
