NEARLY STATIONARY LINE OF RAIN SHOWERS WITH A HISTORY OF PRODUCING
WATERSPOUTS. WATERSPOUTS TEND TO FORM WITHIN THE DARK FLAT BASES OF
BUILDING CUMULUS CLOUD LINES.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
BIG PINE SHOAL...VANDENBERG...JOE`S TUG...WESTERN DRY ROCKS...
EAST SAMBO...NINEFOOT SHOAL AND LOOE KEY LIGHT.
