...LARGE SEAS OVER COASTAL WATERS WITH BREAKING WAVES AT HARBOR
ENTRANCES THROUGH LATE THIS EVENING...

A LARGE WESTERLY SWELL WILL CONTINUE TO IMPACT THE COASTAL
WATERS THROUGH LATE THIS EVNENING. THIS SWELL MAY CREATE DANGEROUS
BREAKING WAVES AT THE MORRO BAY AND VENTURA HARBOR ENTRANCES.
THESE CONDITIONS HAVE A HISTORY OF CAPSIZING VESSELS OF VARIOUS
SIZES RESULTING IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH EVEN TO THE MOST
EXPERIENCED MARINERS.

MARINERS ARE ADVISED TO REMAIN IN SAFE HARBOR UNTIL SEA
CONDITIONS IMPROVE. PRIOR TO ENTERING HARBOR ENTRANCES...IT IS
ADVISED TO CONTACT LOCAL AUTHORITIES FOR THE LATEST WEATHER AND
SEA CONDITIONS FOR SAFE PASSING. FOR THE LATEST
INFORMATION...CONTINUE TO MONITOR NOAA WEATHER RADIO FOR THE
