...A STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WATERS...

AT 1:18 PM AST...SATELLITE IMAGERY AND DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE LOCAL COASTAL WATERS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING FREQUENT LIGHTNING...HEAVY RAIN...AND
STRONG GUSTY WINDS. THUNDERSTORMS OVER THESE AREAS ARE EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.

INTENSE LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. IF CAUGHT ON THE OPEN
WATER STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE...KEEP AWAY FROM UNGROUNDED METAL
