NORTHWEST OR NORTH NORTHWEST AND ENTER THE COASTAL WATERS FRIDAY.
CONDITIONS OVER THE COASTAL WATERS ARE EXPECTED TO DETERIORATE
THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY. A HURRICANE WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR THE
