MORNING. WINDS IN BAYS AND WATERWAYS SHOULD SUBSIDE BELOW GALES
BY THIS EVENING...WHILE OPEN WATERS CONTINUE THROUGH AT LEAST
MIDNIGHT. SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE INTO

* WAVES/SEAS: ROUGH TO VERY ROUGH CONDITIONS THROUGH THE DAY.

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURRING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 20 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR SEAS OF 7 FEET OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS. MARINERS SHOULD PAY CLOSE
ATTENTION TO THE MARINE FORECAST...AND CONSIDER WIND AND SEA
