* WINDS...NORTH 15 TO 25 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 KT POSSIBLE
  THROUGH EARLY NEXT WEEK. OCCASIONAL GALE FORCE WIND GUSTS ARE
  POSSIBLE ACROSS THE OUTER WATERS THIS WEEKEND...ESPECIALLY
  EARLY SATURDAY MORNING.

* WAVES...STEEP NORTHERLY WAVES 8 TO 9 FT AROUND 8 SECONDS
  THROUGH FRIDAY. STEEP SEAS WILL BUILD SLIGHTLY OVER THE
  WEEKEND TO AROUND 10 TO 11 FT. LARGEST SEAS WILL BE FARTHER
  OFFSHORE BEYOND 20 NAUTICAL MILES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
