  WEDNESDAY...THEN RETURNING TO NORTHERLY ON THURSDAY.

* WAVES...SEAS WILL BUILD TO 15 FEET AT 20 SECONDS DURING
  WEDNESDAY NIGHT...THEN SUBSIDE TO 10 FEET AT 16 SECONDS BY
  FRIDAY MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS MEANS THAT WAVES WILL BE
