THIS MORNING...

* WINDS...NORTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH EARLY THIS MORNING WILL
  DIMINISH TO AROUND 5 KNOTS BY EARLY AFTERNOON.

* WAVES...SUBSIDING TO 2 FEET OR LESS ON LAKE MICHIGAN. THE BAY OF
  GREEN BAY IS MOSTLY ICE COVERED AT THIS TIME.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
