* WINDS: NORTH 20 TO 30 KT WITH GUSTS TO 35 KT. WINDS WILL PEAK
  EARLY THIS EVENING AND EASE LATER TONIGHT.

* SEAS: STEEP FROM THE NORTH AT 6 TO 8 FEET, BUILDING TO A VERY
  STEEP 8 TO 10 FEET LATE TODAY. SEAS WILL DIMINISH FRIDAY
  MORNING.

* AREAS AFFECTED: WINDS WILL BE STRONGEST AND SHORT PERIOD SEAS
  WILL BE HIGHEST SOUTH OF CAPE SEBASTIAN 5 TO 40NM OUT FROM
  SHORE.

A HAZARDOUS SEAS WARNING MEANS VERY STEEP AND HAZARDOUS SEA
CONDITIONS ARE IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. RECREATIONAL BOATERS SHOULD
REMAIN IN PORT, OR TAKE SHELTER UNTIL WAVES SUBSIDE. COMMERCIAL
VESSELS SHOULD PREPARE FOR ROUGH SEAS AND CONSIDER REMAINING IN
PORT OR TAKING SHELTER IN PORT UNTIL HAZARDOUS SEAS SUBSIDE.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS AND SEAS WILL CREATE A
