* WINDS: SOUTH 20 TO 25 KT LATE TONIGHT INCREASING TO GALES 35 KT
  WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 KT EARLY SATURDAY MORNING...THEN BECOMING
  SOUTH 30 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 KT SATURDAY AFTERNOON.

* SEAS: STEEP WIND DRIVEN WAVES OF 6 FT TONIGHT BECOMING VERY
  STEEP WIND DRIVEN WAVES OF 9 TO 12 FEET.

* AREAS AFFECTED: SMALL CRAFT CONDITIONS WILL IMPACT MOST THE
  WATERS TONIGHT. THEN EXPECT ALL AREAS TO BE IMPACTED BY GALES
  AND VERY STEEP SEAS SATURDAY.

SMALL CRAFT CONDITIONS FOR WIND MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO
33 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE
OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS MEANS THAT WAVES WILL
BE STEEP ENOUGH TO CREATE A POTENTIAL HAZARD TO SMALL CRAFT.

A GALE WATCH IS ISSUED WHEN THE RISK OF GALE FORCE WINDS OF 34 TO
47 KNOTS HAS SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED...BUT THE SPECIFIC TIMING
AND/OR LOCATION IS STILL UNCERTAIN. IT IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE
ADDITIONAL LEAD TIME FOR MARINERS WHO MAY WISH TO CONSIDER
ALTERING THEIR PLANS.

  WINDS OF 30 KT WITH GUSTS TO 35 KT MAY CONTINUE NORTH OF GOLD
  BEACH DURING THE AFTERNOON.

* SEAS: STEEP WIND DRIVEN WAVES OF 6 TO 7 FT TONIGHT BECOMING
  VERY STEEP WIND DRIVEN WAVES OF 8 TO 11 FEET.

* AREAS AFFECTED: INITIALLY, ALL AREAS WILL BE IMPACTED BY SMALL
  CRAFT CONDITIONS TONIGHT. SATURDAY...GALES AND VERY STEEP
  HAZARDOUS SEAS WILL IMPACT THE WATERS FROM GOLD BEACH NORTH AND
  THE WATERS BEYOND 8 NM FROM BROOKINGS TO GOLD BEACH WITH SMALL
  CRAFT ADVISORY WINDS AND SEAS ELSEWHERE.
