.GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL GRADUALLY SUBSIDE THIS MORNING AS
STRONG HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS IN FROM THE NORTHWEST. AS THE HIGH
BUILDS TOWARD THE COAST THIS AFTERNOON...WINDS WILL DIMINISH.
SEAS WILL ALSO SLOWLY SUBSIDE THROUGH TONIGHT.
