THROUGH THE PRE-DAWN HOURS AN AREA OF RAIN WILL TRACK SLOWLY
NORTHWARD BETWEEN THE SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST MOUNTAINS.  RAIN
RATES SHOULD GENERALLY VARY FROM A TENTH TO A THIRD OF AN INCH PER
HOUR...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER RATES NEAR A HALF INCH PER HOUR.
FLOWING WATER SHOULD DEVELOP IN NORMALLY DRY ARROYOS AND ACROSS LOW
WATER CROSSINGS. MOTORISTS ON I-25 SHOULD EXPECT PONDING OF WATER
ON THE HIGHWAY THROUGH SOCORRO COUNTY...AND VISIBILITIES MAY DROP
BELOW 3 MILES AT TIMES DUE TO RAIN AND FOG. A FEW EMBEDDED LIGHTNING
STRIKES WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE.
