Through 1030 pm...Isolated showers and thunderstorms will
continue to develop and move northwest across the lower Texas
coastal waters. Mariners can expect brief periods of light to
moderate rainfall and visibility may be reduced to less than 2
nautical miles at times. Occasional cloud to water lightning is
possible in any thunderstorm.
