KEYS...AS WELL AS THE WATERS NORTH OF DRY TORTUGAS AND THE OUTER
WATERS OF MAINLAND MONROE. MOVEMENT OF MOST ACTIVITY WILL BE TOWARD
THE SOUTH NEAR 5 KNOTS. OVER LAND...A FEW COMMUNITIES IN THE FLORIDA
KEYS...ESPECIALLY IN THE EASTERN PORTION OF THE LOWER KEYS WILL
RECEIVE A SPELL OF RAINFALL. A FEW HEAVIER CELLS WILL DELIVER GUSTY
WINDS...CUT VISIBILITY BELOW 4 MILES IN MODERATE TO LOCALLY HEAVY
RAIN AND A FEW LIGHTING STRIKES.
