IMPACT THE NEARSHORE AND OFFSHORE WATERS SOUTHEAST OF THE UPPER KEYS.
MOVEMENT OF THE ACTIVITY WILL BE TOWARD THE WEST NORTHWEST NEAR 20
KNOTS. SEVERAL CELLS WILL CROSS THE UPPER KEYS...AND MOVE INTO
FLORIDA BAY. A FEW STRONGER CELLS ON THE WATERS BEYOND 15 NM
SOUTHEAST OF THE UPPER KEYS WILL DELIVER WIND GUSTS OF 25 TO 30
KNOTS...CUT VISIBILITY TO BELOW 4 MILES IN MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN
ALONG WITH A FEW CLOUD TO WATER LIGHTNING STRIKES.
