Through 10 am, isolated showers will continue to impact the offshore
Florida Straits generally beyond 40 nm south of the Middle Florida
Keys west to 20 nm west of the Dry Tortugas. Mariners in the path of
these showers will encounter brief periods of light to moderate rain,
reduced visibilities to 3 miles or less, and possible wind gusts up
to 25 knots. Elsewhere, a few very light showers will move across
Hawk Channel, possibly across portions of the Middle and Lower
Florida Keys, with a trace of rainfall accumulation here. Movement of
individual showers is west between 15 and 20 knots.
