GEORGES...ARLINGTON...AND NORTHEASTERN FAIRFAX COUNTIES...THE CITY OF
FALLS CHURCH AND THE CITY OF ALEXANDRIA...

At 313 PM EST, a strong thunderstorm was located over Rosslyn, moving
east at 45 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Arlington, Alexandria, Bethesda, Bowie, Severn, Annandale, College
Park, Crofton, Greenbelt, Langley Park, Beltsville, Forestville,
Falls Church, Largo, Coral Hills, Bladensburg, Mayo, Pimmit Hills,
Mclean and Byrd Stadium.

Locally heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may
cause ponding of water on roadways and cause small streams to go out
of their banks. Be alert for the potential of standing water and
hydroplaning.
