RUPERT MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH. THESE SHOWERS AND POSSIBLE THUNDERSTORMS
WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE SLOWLY EAST AND AFFECT MUCH OF SOUTHERN AND
WESTERN GREENBRIER COUNTY THROUGH 100 PM. SOME OF THE SHOWERS MAY ALSO
DEVELOP SOUTH TOWARD HINTON. BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS COULD PRODUCE A HALF
INCH OF RAIN IN SPOTS.
