Through 5 PM CDT, look for isolated showers and thunderstorms to
develop and drift to the West and Northwest over parts of
Southwest Arkansas, Northeast Texas and Northwest and North
Central Louisiana. The thunderstorms will be capable of producing
gusty winds to near 30 MPH, isolated but deadly lightning, and
brief but heavy rainfall. Rainfall amounts will be less than one
tenth of an inch.
